BMW Hall 32
BMW’s Spartanburg plant—the company’s largest global manufacturing facility—expanded its production capability through the 1.2-million-square-foot Hall 32.1, supporting full Body-In-White underbody assembly for all BMW X-Series SUVs.
Challenge
The project required precise coordination of multiple trades while maintaining ongoing plant operations. It required our team to watch over BMW tooling teams from Germany as they installed and commissioned approximately 150 production robots. Safety, scheduling, and operational standards demanded disciplined planning and execution.
