Job applicant information, including resumes, is used solely for recruiting and hiring purposes and is shared internally only with personnel involved in the hiring process. We retain applicant information for 30 days after the position is filled or the application is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law.
Automatically collected information. We use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics service, to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity collects information such as your device and browser type, general location, pages visited, and how you interact with pages (including session replays and heatmaps of clicks and scrolling).
