At Sack Company, the future isn’t something we wait on, it’s something we’re actively building every day.

Across our jobsites, shops, and service divisions, you’ll find 62 apprentices showing up early, learning fast, and getting their hands on real work that matters. They’re not on the sidelines. They’re bending conduit, installing systems, reading plans, troubleshooting equipment, and working side by side with experienced tradesmen and women across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and industrial work.

This is what makes the trades different. You don’t just learn theory, you build something real. You see your progress in real time. One day it’s a rough-in, the next it’s a system coming to life. There’s a level of pride that comes with that, knowing you had a hand in something that will stand for years.

Apprenticeships are the backbone of that process. They create structure, accountability, and a clear path forward. Instead of guessing your next step, you’re guided through it. You earn while you learn. You gain certifications, experience, and confidence all at the same time. In an industry that continues to grow, that kind of foundation sets you up for long term success, not just a job, but a career.

What separates our program at Sack Company is the exposure and the expectation.

Our apprentices aren’t limited to one narrow scope. They’re exposed to a wide range of work, from industrial facilities and large scale commercial builds to service work and specialized systems. That variety builds well rounded tradesmen and women who can adapt, lead, and solve problems in the field.

We also believe in access. Access to leadership. Access to training. Access to opportunity. Whether it’s learning from experienced foremen and superintendents, participating in structured training, or being trusted with real responsibility early on, our apprentices are pushed to grow because we believe they’re capable of more.

And that’s the bigger picture.

The demand for skilled trades is only increasing. The next generation isn’t just needed, it’s critical. Everything we rely on, power, water, climate control, infrastructure, is built and maintained by people in these roles. Investing in apprentices today means building a stronger workforce for tomorrow.

This week, during National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to highlight the individuals stepping into that future. Throughout the week, we’ll be showcasing our apprentices across all trades, sharing their stories, their growth, and the work they’re doing every day to build their careers from the ground up.

We’re proud of the 62 apprentices who are part of our program right now. The early mornings, the long days, the willingness to learn, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

And we’re even more excited about where it leads.

Because the goal isn’t just to train workers.

It’s to develop leaders.

To build a pipeline of skilled, driven tradesmen and women who will carry this industry forward.

This is how you build something that lasts.
