Second Annual Sack Day

Our second annual Sack Day took place this past Saturday, May 2. The weather may have been a little gloomy, but the energy was high and the day turned out exactly how it was meant to.

Since our very first Sack Day, we’ve grown in a big way. We’re now over 500 team members strong across Statesboro, Savannah, Atlanta, Columbia, and Charlotte, with plans to expand into Florida later this year. What started as a smaller group has quickly grown into something much bigger, and it’s showing across every market we’re in.

This year’s Sack Day had more of a true picnic feel. Tents set up, food going all day, kids running around, inflatables, games, and people just enjoying time together outside of the jobsite. It was laid back, but intentional. A chance for everyone to bring their families, meet one another, and actually slow down for a few hours.

With all of the growth Sack Company has experienced, this day is a small way to say thank you. It’s built around family, bringing together our team members along with their kids, spouses, friends, and even grandparents. As the company continues to expand, keeping that family feel matters, and days like this help reinforce it.

At the end of the day, the growth doesn’t happen without the people. The execution, the effort, and the pride in the work from our team is what’s driving everything forward. Sack Day is just one way we recognize that, and a reminder that as we grow, we’re building something people actually want to be part of.
