Relocations and Shutdowns

Plant Relocation and Factory Shutdowns

Our experienced team can disassemble, crate, and package any piece of equipment or machinery. If necessary, we have the resources and expertise to relocate an entire plant and reinstall every item with precision. The Sack Company understands that proper installation is critical to the safety and productivity of your operation.

We also have the ability to supervise and execute factory shutdowns for maintenance.  Our process includes making sure lockouts are complete and operations cease during the shutdown. Finally, we perform air test and sniff prior to entry. Our team has experience working shutdowns and relocations on a variety of facilities.

Some of our previous projects include paper mills, aluminum extrusion facilities, glass processors, small engine manufacturers, and moisture/waterproofing manufacturers.

Machinery Relocation Services

Heavy machinery moving is a task that requires an understanding of the function and construction of the equipment. At H.A. Sack, we are more than just relocation contractors. Our team takes time to understand the details of your plant operations. We combine this with our experience and knowledge of the function and construction. This guarantees our moving services are rigorously executed.

We understand that the relocation process can be nerve wracking for you and your team. That is why we work on each relocation project safely and efficiently. We have experience shipping both domestically and internationally. Across the street or across the globe, our expert team takes every step to ensure that your investment is safely transported.

Factory Turnaround

Our process starts by sending a team in person to do a walkthrough of your facility. This is critical to determine the specific needs of your project and create a custom plan.

We employ a full team of in-house MEP professionals who are able to complete the job in a turnkey fashion.
